Q: Can we drink the Tap Water? A: We do have a whole house filter on the outside
line, and we also have a water cooler in the residence, which we use for drinking and cooking. That water is double filtered.
All of our ice is made with the double filtered water. You can feel free to fill your water pitcher and ice trays as needed
from our residence. There is also water available for purchase on the Island.

What type of night-life can we enjoy? There are several small, local bars within walking
distance, some have dance music. Tourists are always welcome to come & mingle with the locals. You will hear them talk
about life here on the out-island and you will quickly realize that the majority of the locals are related to each other,
either by blood or by marriage.
We have several school teachers from England who are accustomed to frequenting
the pubs. You will surely meet them after school hours. Basically, everyone knows everyone else, and you will be a stranger
here for about the first 10 minutes.

Is there any Gambling? We do not have any Gambling Casino's in South Andros. The Native Bahamian
People are forbidded from gambling. This being a Family Island with few tourist, does not have the clientel for a casino.
However, our Locals enjoy playing Domino's. You may try your hand at that in the local watering holes. Just not for money.
You may want to split your trip up and spend a night or two at the casino's in Nassau. That way everyone in your group
can get their fix!
